The result is for guidance only. Manufacturer warranties usually cover defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner, with proof of purchase, and the terms vary by model. Extended component coverage (for example compressors, sealed systems or motors), registration bonuses and protection plans are not included. Only the manufacturer can confirm coverage, so call them before paying for a repair they may cover.

Finding the serial number
Look for the manufacturer’s label around the door opening or inside the appliance. On Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau appliances, use the 4-digit FD number on the same label. Location varies by model. If you cannot find it safely, see our model number locator or the owner’s manual. Do not move a heavy appliance or remove service panels to read a label.

- Is this an official manufacturer warranty lookup?
- No. It is an estimate from published terms. The only way to confirm coverage is to contact the manufacturer.
- What if the warranty looks expired?
- MBG can diagnose and repair the appliance, with free diagnosis when you go ahead with the repair. Our repairs carry up to 5 years on parts and 90 days on labor.
- Can a compressor still have coverage when the appliance is older?
- Some manufacturers cover specific components for longer. Parts coverage may not include labor, refrigerant or diagnosis. Check the warranty for your exact model.
- Is MBG authorized to perform my manufacturer warranty repair?
- Authorization depends on the brand. Confirm with the manufacturer before booking. A brand listed among appliances we service does not itself establish factory authorization.
