Our repairs come with a warranty of up to 5 years on parts and 90 days on labor.

We stock most common parts in our service vehicles. We also have warehouses full of factory service parts.

We have a minimum of 4 hrs. windows to allow us to provide enough time to each client. Techs are sometimes asked to look at other appliances or perform additional services at the customers home. The four hour window allows us to dedicate as much time as they need until the customer's appliance is fixed.

An appliance service company or any technician serves a limited number of locations. The most common local appliance service companies and technicians will serve cities within one or several counties. We serve 6 counties: St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe (the Florida Keys).

The average lifespan of a refrigerator is 14 years, a dishwasher is 9 years, and a stove is 15 years. However, these are just averages and some appliances may last much longer or need to be replaced sooner. It is important to read the manufacturer’s warranty and care instructions to get the most out of your kitchen appliances. For example Sub-Zero should be able to last you a lifetime as long as you do your 6/12 month maintenance.
