Scope of Services

MBG Appliance Services provides diagnostic, maintenance, installation, and repair services for residential, marine, and commercial appliances. Every service is performed according to industry standards and based on the information provided at the time of scheduling.

Fees & Payments

• All fees will be provided in advance or at the time of service.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Credit card payments may incur a processing fee reflecting direct charges from the processor, not an MBG markup.

Technician Access & Site Conditions

The Customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to appliances. MBG is not responsible for delays, added costs, or incomplete work due to inaccessible equipment, inadequate preparation, or unsafe conditions.

Media Release (Photos & Videos)

MBG Appliance Services may take photos or videos of appliances and work areas during service for documentation, training, insurance, or marketing purposes.
By receiving service, you grant MBG the irrevocable right to use these images unless you notify us in writing prior to service. MBG will not share images containing personal identifiers without explicit consent.

Liability Limitations

MBG is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or conditions beyond its control. MBG disclaims responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure or improper use.

Warranty

Parts warranties are provided by manufacturers. MBG provides a [insert period] labor warranty on work performed.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the state where MBG is based.

Modifications

MBG may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of service applies.
